Your Ally for the Ugly.

Bring us the thing everybody hates doing

Bring us your
ugly process.

The spreadsheet nobody understands. The report that ruins Friday. The form you fill out after you already did the work. The process held together by email, texts and one person who somehow knows how everything works.

It costs nothing to show us the problem.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

“I hate doing this every Friday.”
“Why am I entering this twice?”
“Don't ask why. We've always done it this way.”

WHAT WE DO

We rip it apart.
Then build a better way.

01

Show us the ugly part

Forms, spreadsheets, voice notes, emails, handoffs, reports. Walk us through what actually happens.

02

We question everything

What matters? What's duplicated? What should a human decide? What can Ally simply handle?

03

You get time back

We build the workflow, test it against real work, and make the administrative part dramatically less annoying.

Not “AI transformation consulting.”

You do the real work.
Ally handles what comes after.

ROY'S UGLY PROCESS

Six hours doing the work.
Two more documenting it.

Roy is a working Peer Specialist. After a roughly six-hour service day, he told us he could spend about two additional hours completing the paperwork that followed.

We thought that was ridiculous. So we built Ally around the work he was already doing.

01Roy talks naturally

He describes what happened during the encounter instead of starting with a blank administrative form.

02Ally structures the work

Ally pulls out the required encounter details and asks Roy only for information that's missing.

03Roy reviews it

The human stays in control. Roy reviews and attests to the structured encounter before it is saved.

04The paperwork follows

Completed encounters can be turned into the weekly activity form his work already requires.

What we're proving next: Roy's field test will measure the actual time saved and quality of the finished documentation. We won't invent a savings number before we have it.

UGLY COMES IN ALL SIZES

A broken spreadsheet? Show us.
A whole workflow held together by email, forms and Susan? Definitely show us.

It costs nothing to show us the problem. Small fixes are welcome. Bigger problems may need a bigger build—we'll tell you what we recommend and what it costs before you commit to anything.

YOUR TURN

What's the thing you wish would just… go away?

Don't write a requirements document. Tell us how you'd complain about it to a friend.

If we could make this problem go away, what level of investment feels approachable?

This isn't a quote or a commitment. It just helps us understand where you're starting.

No corporate jargon necessary. The uglier the explanation, the better.
